The Step-by-Step service
We help you manage difficult conflict situations. Particularly where you want to engage resistant or reluctant parties; or are seen in a party’s eyes as implicated in the dispute; or require support on how best to proceed. We build a process with the parties engaging them one step at a time.

- Neutral, unbiased assistance in helping people make a decision
The services can work as a package, with a limited amount of work under the Step-by-Step service creating the right conditions to proceed to the Fast Track service.

Typically most two party conflicts are resolved in a day. Disputes caught in the early stages may be resolved in a half day.
A provisional costing will be agreed with you once we have assessed the case with yourselves.
The time required will be dictated by the level and complexity of the conflict, the number of parties involved and the degree of preceding formal involvement.
Our standard Agreement to Mediate sets out the full terms and conditions together with the agreed fee.
Suitability
Many situations can benefit from mediation or conflict resolution approaches. However not all situations are suitable for mediation. If we think this is the case we will make this clear to you in our initial assessments.
The parties or the situation may demand that other options are pursued. Mediation provides a positive choice for individuals and organisations to move forward. If that choice is not the right one for now, talk us to about how mediation can help at other times e.g.: after an unsuccessful team or away day; after the findings of an investigation; post tribunal re-instatement; return to work interviews; poor morale and team work.
Preparation
The client should arrange an appropriate venue, guidance will be provided. We require the client to provide neutral, confidential meeting rooms either on or off your premises. Provide light refreshments and break out rooms for each party. The referrer will be sent our ´Mediation Information Pack´ to be forwarded onto parties.
