Overview of Mediation & Conflict Courses

Our range of courses offers choices for your staff and your organisation in how best to manage and respond to conflict.

We give people the skills, confidence and positive behaviours to resolve other people´s conflicts as well as their own.

Our short courses help front line supervisors and managers strengthen informal resolution. The ´Core Mediation skills´ course works very well for HR advisors who want to nip disputes in the bud or advise or coach managers.

The ´Mediation Skills for Managers´ course is well suited to managers who may be the last option for resolution prior to formal complaint and investigation.

The ´Certificate in Mediation Skills´ is for HR staff and in house mediators. This intensive and challenging programme gives the skills and confidence to resolve complex conflicts and acheives a real shift on employee relations.

We offer one day courses and workshops to raise awareness, give knowledge and help people better manage their working relationships.

For established mediator teams we offer advanced training and refresher sessions.

For our accredited programmes there are three elements to the training
