Mediator Support & Supervision

We can provide expert professional support and supervision services for mediators. You may have an in-house team of mediators, or you may be an independent mediator, conflict practitioner or HR consultant. We can provide support to develop skills, practice and build success.

We can provide regular supervision or more informal coaching as and when needed. We can offer individual supervision, group supervisions or facilitate peer supervision forums.

We help individuals develop practice, confidence and excellence in their work. We also offer to any organisation a structured approach that maintains and develops practice standards, improving consistency and quality of practice in your mediation team.

Our coaching and support services are also available on an ad-hoc basis to help with

• pre case preparation and assessment
• support throughout the life of the case
• post case debrief and feedback

We provide services in person or over the phone. Our services in person include: either co-working with a newly qualified mediator, working as an anchor to support on difficult or complex cases, or as an observer to provide direct practice feedback and quality assurance.
