QUALITY ASSURANCE – NATIONALLY ACCREDITED MEDIATION TRAINING
We are a NOCN Recognised Centre. NOCN (National Open College Network) is recognised by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) and the QCF (Qualifications & Credit Framework). We undergo external verification and an annual independent quality review through the NOCN. The mediation courses are accredited by the National Open College Network (NOCN).
After year on year of exemplary external quality audits, we are pleased to announce we have been awarded Direct Claim Status for the issue of mediation certificates.
We are a member of the Mediation Standards Council. A sector specialist body that recognises mediation standards in the workplace mediation sector. We work to the European code of conduct on mediation and international mediation practice standards.
