DIRECTOR
Steve Hindmarsh is one of the UK’s leading mediation trainers. Steve has been mediating and providing accredited mediation training for fifteen years. He has trained over 2,200 people in skills to mediate or resolve conflict and has over 2,700 hours mediating and resolving conflict. He has delivered mediation courses for over 200 organisations in UK and Europe and trained accredited mediator teams for over 80 in-house mediation services. Steve coaches and develops new mediation trainers.
ASSOCIATES
All our associates offer the expertise and experience that comes from a minimum of ten years mediating and training mediators. Our practitioners carry active workplace mediation case loads.
Training to be a mediator is a challenging and rewarding experience and our trainers are adept at supporting you in getting the most from this powerful opportunity. All our trainers have a qualification in learning or training. Importantly all our trainers and mediators are deeply passionate about their work on both personal and professional levels.
