The Neighbour Relations Service (NRS) is a unique and innovative service. It has been developed through 20 years experience of dealing with neighbour and community conflict in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the UK. The service has evolved through listening to the needs of people in conflict and resolving the frustrations that referrer’s have with traditional community mediation services.
This is a fast, effective low-cost service that quickly de-escalates situations, reduces the stress and worry and gets all back on track.

We can provide an independent negotiator or go-between to help you negotiate and problem solve. The negotiator can help tackle difficult issues and keep conversations constructive and respectful. The aim is to help you and your neighbour find a solution that works for both of you. A solution that will improve the quality of life for each of you.
