EHRC invite tender for Mediation / Conciliation service

The Equality & Human Rights Commission have extended their Disability Rights Conciliation Service (DCS).
A recent agreement with Department of Transport will extend the service to include complaints on air travel related to mobility issues.
The service takes around 350 cases per year and resolves disputes between people with disabilities and the providers of goods and services, including educational matters.
