Mediation – Have Your Say!
Skills for Justice is conducting research on behalf of the Welsh Government to explore the viability of creating a mediation centre of excellence in Wales.
Mediation is predicted to play an increasingly important role in the justice sector as an alternative to litigation which allows disputes to be resolved more quickly, efficiently and at a lower cost than traditional litigation routes.
Following our initial research, we are conducting an online survey which aims to identify the skills of individuals working in the mediation profession within Wales and to identify the current and projected demand for mediation services and a mediation centre of excellence in Wales.
The survey can be completed until 17:00 on Wednesday 6 November 2013 and should around 10 minutes to complete. This is your opportunity to share your views as part of this key project which has the potential to impact significantly upon Wales.
If you know any individuals who may also wish to share their views on this subject please forward this email to them so that they can also complete the survey. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
If you have any queries about the survey or this project, please contact Shelagh Goldie by emailing shelagh.goldie@sfjuk.com or by calling 07824 142966.
