OPP Research on Business Cost of Conflict

Business psychologist firm OPP have conducted extensive global research on the business costs of conflict. The report, jointly authored with the CIPD, adopts a positive attitude to the nature and role of conflict in organisations. The research looks at the causes and costs of conflict, as well as discussing the roles of managers and training.
