Mediator CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
The Mediator CPD package covers 12 hours direct contact time and provides another 3 hours additional CPD throughout the year. We provide this through highly interactive and tailored online training. We believe in the power and impact of face to face training. We were sceptical about the scope of online training. We now develop all our associates primarily through online training and use the approach as part of a blended learning strategy for clients.
The CPD package covers 3 x 4 hour online training sessions per year. There are only 4 mediators per session and we use expert mediator associates as role players. The training is individually tailored to maximise your development.
We also send you updates on useful mediation articles, research, events and books, filtering out the majority of promotional material and sending only the practical and valuable.

We are familiar with the training and practice of family mediators, civil & commercial mediators and we operate in wide range of sectors. The programme is suitable only for mediators who have had accredited certificate training (5 or 6 day course).

Course Breakdown

On-going relationship: with three sessions spread over the year, this allows us to deepen the relationship which is a key asset in achieving profound and significant shift in mediator abilities.

Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date. Grant or funded delegates may pay retrospectively.
TRANSFERS:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
6-20 working days before a course = 15% of the course fee
1-5 working days before a course = 30% of the course fee

SUBSTITUTE DELEGATES:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.
CANCELLATIONS:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
6-20 working days before a course = 33%
1-5 working days before a course = 50%
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to training@stevehindmarsh.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
