Transformative Mediation Training

Why go on this course?
Transformative mediation offers a new way of thinking about and managing conflict. It offers a very different approach to managing and facilitating the mediation process. Transformative mediators regard the role of mediator in different and quite challenging ways. Attaining competence in transformative mediation is an elusive challenge that adds significant value to coaching, negotiations, problem solving, dispute resolution and conflict resolution.
The trainer has trained, coached, developed and supervised over 3,000 mediators over 15 years, working with some of the UK’s best talent and biggest global brands as well as working in some of the most challenging and disadvantaged environments in the UK. The trainer brings a wealth of experience and insight to both personal and professional development. The training model has won major national tenders both nationally and internationally and found success in both public and private sector.
The trainer has extensive experience of training and coaching long serving, career mediators from a wide range of sectors including family, commercial, neighbour and community and workplace.
The courses will also include a critique of the transformative mediation model and areas where the approach carries risk.
Who is it for?
For experienced mediators from all sectors and newly trained mediators wanting to strengthen their skills in conflict resolution and transformation. Newly trained mediators will need a minimum of 5-6 days mediation training. We do not accept delegates with less than this number of days training.

- 5 day The Transformative Mediator.
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date. Grant or funded delegates may pay retrospectively.
TRANSFERS:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
6-20 working days before a course = 15% of the course fee
1-5 working days before a course = 30% of the course fee

SUBSTITUTE DELEGATES:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.
CANCELLATIONS:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
6-20 working days before a course = 33%
1-5 working days before a course = 50%
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to training@stevehindmarsh.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
