The course provides a range of choices depending on how many days training you have had, how long ago and the number of mediations since training. - If you have attended a 1 or 2 day training more than 12 months ago and have not mediated we would encourage you to attend 5 days.
- If you have attended a 1 day training in the last 6 months and you have had little opportunity to mediate or use the skills we would encourage you to attend 5 days.
- If you have attended a 2 day course in the last twelve months and mediated regularly we would encourage you to attend 4 days.
- If you have had level 2 training we would encourage you to attend 5 days
- If you have had level 4 training we would encourage you to attend 4 days.
If you are a fully accredited and practicing family or commercial mediator and want to move into another sector, this course can you give you an in-depth exposure to the typical cases, challenges and key issues in a new sector.
Course Breakdown
The course is highly experiential and interactive with high levels of trainer demonstration, coaching and skills practice. The course offers insightful theory which will help you understand the psychology of conflict and help you to respond positively in complex and challenging conflicts. The course offers practical skills and techniques to help people reach resolution.

Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date. Grant or funded delegates may pay retrospectively.
TRANSFERS:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
6-20 working days before a course = 15% of the course fee
1-5 working days before a course = 30% of the course fee

SUBSTITUTE DELEGATES:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.
CANCELLATIONS:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
6-20 working days before a course = 33%
1-5 working days before a course = 50%
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to training@stevehindmarsh.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
